Dr. Yeh received his medical degree from the College of Medicine, National Taiwan University (NTU) in 1949 and his Doctor of Medical Science degree from the College of Medicine, Hokkaido University in Sapporo, Japan, in 1961. Dr. Yeh founded the Pacific Rim College of Psychiatry and represented the Taiwanese Society of Psychiatry at the APA Annual Meeting. In 2000, Dr. Yeh was the recipient of the Kun-Po Soo Award, and his lecture was titled, Mental Health Problems in Taiwan: Issues, Dilemmas, and Challenges.
