Lecture Title: Decisive Influences that Shaped Latin American Psychiatry
Dr. Rudy earned both his B.S. and M.D. from the University of Illinois in 1941. He completed his internship at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital in Los Angeles, CA, and his psychiatry residency at Northwestern University Medical School from 1946 to 1948. Dr. Rudy was an active member of several professional organizations, including the World Psychiatric Association, the Pan American Medical Association, and was a Life Member of the APA.
