The Center for Workplace Mental Health was established to address the growing commitment to mental health among employers and to create a culture of care within workplaces. Today, we've built the business case for investing in employee well-being. We raise awareness of mental health conditions and how they can impact workplace performance, and with employers across the country, we work to improve employees' quality of life and advocate for healthier workplace practices.
