Lecture Title: Iberoamerican Contribution to the History of Psychiatry
Dr. Rumbaut, a Cuban-born physician, graduated from the University of Havana School of Medicine (1946). He later earned valedictorian honors from Havana's School of Journalism. He was an APA Fellow, vice chairman of the Committee of Spanish-Speaking Psychiatrists (1977), and received the Simon Bolivar Award (1995).
