Names of all the patients in the hospital on October 1, 1902 and our Registers 1, 2, and 3 were copied in this Register; and the names of all patients received into the Hospital since October 1, 1902 are recorded in this Register. The copying was done by Drs. Garlick, Hume, and Halligan's Assistant physicians.
